Burning out (running on emptiness)

During one month of junior medicine, I wrote 8 H&Ps.

It's now been one week of senior medicine, and I've already written 6 H&Ps, 4 discharge summaries, and 8 discharge instructions.

I can't believe I still have over 3 weeks to go.

Help.
